2. Value Added Tax (VAT) Presentation
In compliance with the EU E-Commerce Directive and localized tax frameworks:

This 21% tax rate is uniformly applied to both the product value and the 32.00€ per-item shipping service.

3. Processing & Tracking

Handling Window: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Logistics networks do not process cargo on weekends or regional public holidays.

Live Tracking: Once your package is scanned by the DHL courier, a shipping confirmation email containing your active tracking link will be sent to you automatically.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Because our items travel via a fully insured DHL pipeline, any damage sustained in transit is fully covered.
