Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the last goods in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement via email or postal mail:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form template below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal & Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will process the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3. Return Shipping & Product Handling

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Diminished Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your unique specifications or clearly personalized items.

  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery.

5. Statutory Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Separately from your 14-day right of withdrawal, all goods sold carry a mandatory, statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity under EU law. If a product is discovered to be faulty, defective, or does not appear or function as described within 2 years of delivery, you have a legal right to request a repair, replacement, or price reduction/refund at no cost to you.
